Key responsibilities
- Provide pre and post sales technical support to customer by applying technical experience, practical knowledge and judgment
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and integrity in relationships with customers
- Be up to speed on industry trends and latest products to improve retail variety and reach new customers
Key requirements
- A positive working attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of reading schematics and soldering
- Working knowledge of C++ language for microcontroller (e.g. arduino) programming is an advantage
- Bilingual is an advantage (English, Mandarin, Other Southeast Asian languages)
